ORIGINAL MIX OF PlantforceⓇ

When the powder is dissolved in water, a highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate (1: 1) is formed thanks to the proprietary blend of citric acid and magnesium carbonate.

Plantforce® Mag Osteo was not created only to increase the level of magnesium in the body, but also to support the absorption of calcium from the diet and support the maintenance of healthy bones. Research shows that dietary supplements containing calcium do not have a noticeable positive effect on bone health [5,6], and instead harm our body. [1,2,3,4] A properly selected combination of vitamins and minerals in the Plantforce® Mag Osteo formula helps prevent calcification and at the same time absorb natural calcium from the diet.

When Mag Oste powder is mixed with water, the reaction of calcium carbonate and citric acid produces ionic magnesium citrate (1: 1).
Magnesium ionic citrate (1: 1) lowers the risk of magnesium deficiency. Our ionic form of magnesium allows magnesium to penetrate cells easily, making it fast acting and highly absorbable. As a result, it prevents low levels of magnesium in the body.
Mag Osteo is the perfect magnesium supplement as it provides not only the benefits of magnesium itself, but other essential vitamins and minerals at the same time.

INGREDIENTS: magnesium carbonate, citric acid, potassium bicarbonate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc picolinate, boric acid, menaquinone [menaquinone-7] (vitamin K2), pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vitamin B6), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), natural lemon flavor, sweetener: stevia extract (steviol glycosides).

  • magnesium carbonate obtained from seawater
  • citric acid obtained from sugar beet grown in Europe (non-GMO)
  • vitamin D3 from Lichen
  • vitamin K2 from flower extract (not soybean)
