ORIGINAL MIXTURE of Plantforce® Magnesium
When the powder is dissolved in water, thanks to the proprietary mixture of citric acid and magnesium carbonate, a highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate is formed (1: 1). (If dissolved in cold water, wait approx. 10-15 minutes before consumption for the process to take place. forming a highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate (1: 1). If dissolved in warm water, it can be consumed almost immediately).
INGREDIENTS: magnesium carbonate *, citric acid **, natural passion fruit flavor, sweetener: stevia extract (steviol glycosides).

The recommended daily dose contains:
125 mg of magnesium in 1.25 g of the product (34% RWS *)
250 mg of magnesium in 2.5 g of the product (67% RWS *)

Individual requirements may vary. When you first start consuming the supplement, it's best to start with half a teaspoon (1.25 g) per day and increase the serving size to a maximum of 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) per day. Plantforce® Magnesium can be consumed with or between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It can be eaten once a day or divided into 2-3 smaller portions.
Product preparation method:
Stir in half or full glass of water. Wait for the product to dissolve. If dissolved in cold water, wait approx. 10 minutes before consumption. If you dissolve it in warm water, you can eat it almost immediately.
