ORIGINAL MIXTURE of Plantforce® Magnesium
When the powder is dissolved in water, thanks to the proprietary mixture of citric acid and magnesium carbonate, a highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate is formed (1: 1). (If dissolved in cold water, wait approx. 10-15 minutes before consumption for the process to take place. forming a highly absorbable ionic magnesium citrate (1: 1). If dissolved in warm water, it can be consumed almost immediately).

The recommended daily dose contains:
125 mg of magnesium in 1.25 g of the product (34% RWS *)
250 mg of magnesium in 2.5 g of the product (67% RWS *)

Recommended daily intake required to obtain the beneficial effects of the product:
Individual requirements may vary. When starting to consume the supplement, it is best to start with half a teaspoon (1.25 g) a day and increase the dose to a maximum of 1 teaspoon (2.5 g) a day. Plantforce® Magnesium can be consumed with or between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It can be eaten once a day or divided into 2-3 smaller portions.
Product preparation method:
Stir in half or full glass of water. Wait for the product to dissolve. If dissolved in cold water, wait approx. 10 minutes before consumption. If you dissolve it in warm water, you can eat it almost immediately.
